Let's paint and paste picturesque playground and playhouses!
Starting November, be sure to join us for more "Weekly Class" courses now offered at a better cost. Weekly Classes run 2 months long, and students will still get to create a couple large themed projects to take home at the end.
Have your kids join our weekly classes inspired by UK author and illustrator, Tracey English! We have a great variety of art + academic classes available. Our most popular one for kids aged 3-5 would be Mixed Media, where students can practice in a multitude of mediums from painting and printing to sculpting and collaging. For our kids aged 6 and up, we love building the students' interest with specialized classes such as Sculpture and Digital Drawing.
Who is Tracey English?
We definitely love Tracey English's style as we also enjoy dabbling in surface pattern art. She currently lives in London UK with her family, and explores various collage methods and techniques, and does illustration for many children's' books.

What will we learn in November and December?
Let our imagination run playful by designing our favourite playgrounds and playhouses! There are traditional ways to think of what a playground has: a slippery slide, set of swings and sturdy see-saws. For a playhouse: lively living room, a kitchen with knick knacks, and a big bedroom. However if our students want to make theirs futuristic, all pink, or with a dinosaur theme, let's do it! We'll learn about surface pattern art, balance in composition, and texture while we're at it too.
In Acrylic Painting and Mixed Media, we'll be using traditional forms of collage and painting. In other classes like Needle Felting, Sculpture and Digital Drawing, we'll be learning how to adapt the idea of transforming traditional 2D collage into new and sculptural forms.
